Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales Consultant – Arborist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and an interest in sales and the tree care industry. No arborist certification is required—we provide comprehensive training and cover the cost of your arborist certification.
You’ll meet with residential and commercial clients, assess their tree care needs, and provide expert solutions with the backing of a highly skilled operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations across our Maryland service areas (Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Baltimore Counties).
- Learn to evaluate tree health and safety concerns, with training from certified arborists.
- Prepare and present proposals that align with Prestige Tree Experts’ professional and sustainable tree care standards.
- Build long-term client relationships by listening, educating, and recommending the best solutions for their trees and landscapes.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless job execution and customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in sales and/or customer service.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional.
- Ability to manage your time and schedule effectively.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
