Welcome to the website of Prestige Tree Experts. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 

1. Scope of Services

Prestige Tree Experts provides professional tree care services, including but not limited to:

• Tree Removal
• Tree Trimming & Pruning
• Stump Grinding
• Tree Healthcare & Arborist Consultations

All work is performed by or under the supervision of Maryland Licensed Tree Experts and ISA Certified Arborists in accordance with industry standards set by the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

2. Estimates & Work Authorizations

• Free Estimates: All initial estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted.
• Scope Changes: Any addition, modification, or deviation from the original written proposal requiring extra labor or materials will be executed only upon written agreement and may incur additional charges.

3. Property Access & Site Preparation

To ensure safe and efficient execution of services, the client agrees to:

• Property Access: Grant clear access to the work area for equipment, vehicles, and crew members during scheduled working hours.
• Property Lines: Confirm that all trees, vegetation, and work areas are located on the client’s property or that explicit written permission from neighboring property owners has been obtained.
• Obstructions & Pets: Clear the driveways, yards, and work zones of vehicles, outdoor furniture, lawn ornaments, and pets before crew arrival.

4. Underground Utilities & Unseen Hazards

For stump grinding or subterranean work, Prestige Tree Experts coordinates with public utility locator services (e.g., Miss Utility) as required by law. However, clients are responsible for identifying and marking any private underground features not covered by public locators, such as invisible dog fences, sprinkler systems, private electrical or water lines, and septic tanks. Prestige Tree Experts is not liable for damage to unmarked, mislocated, or private lines.

5. Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept checks, credit cards, and electronic payments as detailed on your invoice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees.

6. Safety, Cleanup, & Recycling

Our crew performs a thorough cleanup of the immediate work area upon project completion. As part of our environmental commitment, all organic waste and wood debris are responsibly recycled into mulch, lumber, or firewood whenever possible.

7. Licensing & Insurance

Prestige Tree Experts maintains full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Copies of our insurance certificates, Maryland Licensed Tree Expert credentials, and ISA Arborist certifications are available upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
